Krrisp Digital provides digital marketing services including:

Website design and development
SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
Paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Social media management
CRM and AI automation setup

Scope, timelines, and inclusions for all services will be outlined in written proposals or contracts shared before project commencement.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely access to necessary resources, including but not limited to:

Brand assets (logos, colours, fonts)
Website login credentials
Access to ad accounts or analytics platforms
Approval for deliverables and campaign launches

Failure to provide required materials or feedback may delay timelines and impact deliverables.

3. Payment Terms

All quotes are in AUD and exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
Setup fees (OTC) are payable upfront unless arranged otherwise.
Monthly retainer fees (MRC) are billed in advance.
Invoices are due within 7 days unless agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur interest or suspension of service.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables created specifically for them, such as:

Website files
Ad creatives
Written content

Krrisp Digital retains the right to showcase work samples in portfolios or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

5. Confidentiality

We agree to treat all information provided by the client as confidential and only use it for the purpose of delivering contracted services.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Monthly services may be paused or cancelled with 30 days written notice.
Refunds are not issued for unused time or deliverables already completed.

7. Liability

While we strive to deliver the best possible results, we do not guarantee specific performance outcomes (e.g., sales, leads, rankings) as digital marketing results can vary due to external factors.

We are not liable for any loss or damage (financial or otherwise) arising from the use of our services, to the extent permitted by Australian law.

8. Use of Website

Users of our website agree not to:

Distribute malware or attempt to hack the site
Use our content without permission
Submit false or misleading information via forms

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use personal information in compliance with Australian privacy laws.
