What they were facing.

SolarChief had built something genuinely impressive: over 22,000 solar panels installed across NSW, 450 MW of clean energy capacity, and 150 five-star reviews from real customers. They had the experience, the team, the track record, and the credentials. What they didn't have was visibility on Google.

When homeowners in Western Sydney searched “solar installer Blacktown” or “solar panels Minchinbury”, SolarChief wasn't appearing. National lead-aggregator competitors were capturing the top positions and feeding those leads to other installers. SolarChief was paying to compete in a market they should have owned organically.

There was no blog content, no suburb-specific landing pages, and no Google Business Profile that had been actively maintained. Their organic search position for most of their target keywords was effectively invisible – homeowners researching solar in Western Sydney couldn't find SolarChief on the channels that mattered, no matter how good the work behind the scenes was.

How the work was shaped.

Cleaned Up the Foundations Google Was Reading

Before any content or link-building work could move the needle, we cleaned up the technical foundations so search engines could read SolarChief clearly. We tightened the on-page foundations, clarified the service detail, removed the issues holding the site back, and improved page performance – giving Google a cleaner signal to work with.

Google Business Profile Done Properly

A well-maintained Google Business Profile is often the fastest path to local visibility for service businesses. We completed and optimised SolarChief's GBP with comprehensive service descriptions, accurate service-area mapping for Western Sydney and greater NSW, regular posts, Q&A entries, and a systematic approach to requesting reviews from satisfied customers – building on the strong reputation SolarChief had already earned on the floor.

Suburb-Level Local Pages

We built suburb-specific landing pages targeting the areas SolarChief actively serves across NSW – Western Sydney suburbs (Blacktown, Penrith, Parramatta, Rouse Hill, Schofields, Minchinbury), greater regional NSW, and key metro-fringe growth corridors. Each page was uniquely written, locally contextualised, and pointed at the specific search intent of homeowners in that area researching solar installation.

Topical Authority Through Content and Inbound Links

We developed a targeted content programme aimed at the questions NSW homeowners actually ask before deciding on solar: battery storage payback, how to compare installer quotes, feed-in tariff changes, solar system sizing for different household sizes. The content built topical authority for SolarChief's domain. Alongside it, we strengthened the authority signals around SolarChief's local and service pages.

What changed.

Results achieved for this specific client. Individual outcomes vary by industry, starting position, scope, competition and market conditions.

We'd spent years building our reputation through word of mouth and just never got around to the website side of things. Krrisp Digital sorted it out properly – not just technically, but in a way that actually made sense for how our customers search. The page-one rankings came through faster than we expected, and the steady stream of Google reviews has changed the kind of conversations we have with new customers. The ROI has been very clear.
