1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Our services come with statutory consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded, limited, or modified.

If a service is not provided with due care and skill, or is not fit for the purpose you made known to us, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Custom Services

This section applies to web development, SEO, automation builds, AI implementation, and other bespoke project services.

  • Work not yet commenced: You may cancel and receive a full refund, less any documented expenses already incurred on your behalf (e.g., third-party licences, design assets).
  • Work in progress: You may cancel and receive a refund of the pro-rata portion not yet delivered, less any expenses incurred. We will provide an itemised account of work completed to date.
  • Work completed and delivered: No refund is available for work that has been completed and delivered in accordance with your brief, unless the service was not provided with due care and skill (as required by the Australian Consumer Law).

To cancel, provide written notice to info@krrispdigital.com.au with your project name and reason for cancellation.

3. Ongoing Retainer and Subscription Services

This section applies to ongoing SEO, paid advertising management, automation maintenance, and similar recurring services.

  • Cancellation requires 30 days' written notice delivered to info@krrispdigital.com.au.
  • Amounts paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable for work already commenced in that cycle.
  • Amounts paid in advance beyond the current billing cycle will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

4. Software Products

This section applies to Klaris AI, Reachly AI, Callent AI, and any other software products offered by Krrisp Digital.

  • Annual subscriptions: A refund is available within 14 days of payment, provided the product has not been activated or meaningfully used.
  • Monthly subscriptions: Monthly payments are non-refundable for the current billing period. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid renewal.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@krrispdigital.com.au with the subject line: Refund Request — [Your Name / Project Name]

Please include:

  • Your invoice or order number
  • A description of the services you are seeking a refund for
  • The outcome you are seeking

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
