Standalone social media retainers are not our default model – we only support social when it clearly supports broader KD work and the scope is tightly defined.

Not as our default model. KD provides positioning, content framework, and scoped launch or campaign support – and will take on social as a scoped retainer when it clearly supports broader KD work. Day-to-day posting, community management, and high-volume creative production are not part of standard social support. If that is what you need, we will tell you and point you to the right kind of partner or hire.

Can you work alongside my existing creative team or social manager?

Yes – that is often the better fit. KD provides the positioning, pillar topics, content framework, and proof-content direction; your team or creative partner produces and posts. Less rework, less rehiring, more leverage.

When you need ongoing volume – daily posting, weekly creative, active community management – that is exactly what KD will recommend. A dedicated hire or a fulfilment partner is the right answer for volume. KD adds value at the positioning, strategy, and supporting-capability layer, not in daily fulfilment.

It depends on your industry and where your customers actually spend time. Visual businesses lean Instagram. Local services lean Facebook.
