No – it replaces the tasks your staff hate doing. Data entry, after-hours calls, follow-up emails, appointment scheduling. Your team focuses on the high-value work that needs a human. The goal is to serve more clients with the same team, not to cut headcount.

Are you another off-the-shelf automation shop?

Accepted Answer

No. Off-the-shelf automations connect tools; that’s table stakes. KD starts with the operational gap and designs the right system around it – workflow automation, conversational AI, voice, custom tooling, or a hybrid. The tool follows the gap, not the other way around.

Will you replace my CRM?

Accepted Answer

No. KD does not provide a CRM. We integrate with the CRM you already use. Your data stays in your tools; our AI systems plug into them.

How long does it take to set up?

A standard AI voice or chat build takes 3–5 weeks from kickoff to launch. Admin and finance workflow automations are typically faster – 2–3 weeks. Custom AI builds take 6–12 weeks depending on scope. We give you a fixed timeline before you commit.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

Every AI system we build has human escalation designed in. If the voice agent can’t handle a request, it transfers to a real person. If the chat assistant is unsure, it takes the customer’s details for a callback. We set confidence thresholds and test extensively before launch.

What’s the minimum commitment?

All AI build engagements have a 3-month minimum to allow proper implementation, testing, and optimisation. After the initial 3 months, you continue month-to-month with 30 days’ notice.
